Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions before confirming your booking.

  • The reservation is confirmed after the down payment is made.
  • The deposit is 50 SAR for the first service, and an additional 25 SAR is added for each extra service. This amount will be deducted from the total bill.
  • The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • The arrival time is from the scheduled time up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time, depending on traffic conditions.
  • After the team arrives, the waiting time is only 20 minutes.
  • If there is no response or the team is not met during the waiting period, the appointment will be considered completed, and the deposit cannot be refunded nor can the appointment be rescheduled.
  • If you wish to change the service location after confirming your booking, please contact us directly. Additional fees may apply depending on the new location.
  • If you have any feedback regarding the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment’s end so that we can review it.
  • By completing the reservation and paying the deposit, I acknowledge that I have read the reservation policy and agree to all terms and conditions.
